1. Laboratory Loop: Find the Best Resin for Your Process
We start by analyzing your functional specifications and current resin to identify the best solution for your process. ResiCare provides the right formulation, either from our catalog or through a tailored development approach. This step add real value by helping you select the most suitable resin from our existing offer or developing a customized formulation that meets your technical needs.
Pricing: €1,000 (standard) or €3,000 (LabKit) for 1–5 kg off-the-shelf resin; formulation rework averages €8,000 per loop
Timeline: 1 month to 1 year
2. Pilot Line: Validate the Formulation at Pilot Scale
Once the resin formulation is validated, we will conduct pilot-scale testing to confirm compatibility with your process. During this phase, ResiCare will support you by temporarily supplying equipment to produce Resi4YOU, providing raw materials for industrial tests, and producing resin using our equipment when needed. This ensures that performance is validated under real-world conditions before scaling up.
Pricing: ~€5,000 per loop + ~200 kg resin
Timeline: 6 months to 1 year
Industrial Line: Co-Validation at Full Scale
The final step is industrial-scale validation, in which we collaborate to ensure repeatability and performance. ResiCare facilitates this process by supplying the necessary equipment and raw materials for industrial trials, as well as producing the required resin. This collaborative approach guarantees a smooth transition to commercialization and long-term reliability.
