Synthesized from renewable polyphenols and aromatic aldehydes like 5-HMF, Araminolic resins combine performance, safety, and social responsibility. They are compatible with a wide range of resin families and can directly replace toxic molecules such as formaldehyde and phenol.

Three Resin Forms – Flexible Solutions for Your Needs
At MICHELIN ResiCare, our Araminolic resins are available in three forms: water-based, powder, and solvanted. This flexibility allows us to adapt formulations to your technical requirements and integrate seamlessly into your production strategy.
All three forms can also be used as additives, giving you additional options to enhance performance without changing your existing processes.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients to co-develop resin solutions that meet specific technical and sustainability requirements. From initial consultation to pilot testing and industrial scale-up, our collaborative process ensures reliability and performance.
To support this process, we use proven infrastructure: a 1,000-liter reactor installed at our ISO 9001-certified Combaude site in Clermont-Ferrand, capable of producing multiple one-ton batches per day in semi-automated mode. For large-scale needs, we have twelve reactors dedicated to Resi4TEX production and can implement logistics solutions with refrigerated or frozen storage to ensure supply continuity from our site.
